It’s NOT limited to indoors. Specific outdoor areas banned in Section 39-17-1801 and Section 39-17-1801. "Non-Smoker Protection Act". subpart (16) "Sports arena" means sports pavilions, stadiums, gymnasiums, health spas, boxing arenas, swimming pools, roller and ice rinks, bowling alleys, and other similar places where members of the general public assemble to engage in physical exercise, participate in athletic competition, or witness sports or other events.
(ie BOOMSDAY! UT & High School football games, little league baseball, soccer, ect) The non-smoker protection act is so specific it even bans smoking in common areas of trailer parks. Section 39-17-1803. (a)(9)
